Virudhunagar
Virudhunagar's old name was Virudhupatti in 1875, and it was later renamed Virudhunagar in 1923. Another name of Virudhunagar was Karmavirer Kamarajar District. Kamarajar House was located in Virudhunagar. Virudhunagar Mariyamman Kovil is famous for its celebration of Panguni Pongal. In Panguni Pongal, Devotees visit Ayarangal farm, taking 21 spoonfuls and 101 spoonfuls, taking out the chariot, taking the ritual pot from the cradle, rolling, and carrying the bird-shaped kavadi. Virudhunagar's famous foods were Oil Parotta, Mutton Sukka varuval, and Chicken Chops. Irukangudi Mariyamman Kovil is located in Virudhunagar District.

Srivilliputhur is known for the Sri Andal temple and its famous sweet, Palkova. The most important landmark of Srivilliputhur is the 11-tiered tower structure dedicated to Vishnu, the presiding deity of the Srivilliputhur Divya Desam. This impressive structure is also featured as the emblem of the Government of Tamil Nadu. This tower of his temple rises 192 feet high. The tourist place to go is Shenbaga Thoppu.
Rajapalayam
Rajapalayam is famous for dogs and mangoes. Rajapalayam, other famous areas are Ayyanar Kovil waterfalls, Rakashi Amman Kovil waterfalls, and Sanjeevi hills. Popular spots include Koorai Kadai and Ananda Villas.

This is my village. In Krishnapuram, Puratasi Pongal is famous. Puratasi Pongal is celebrated for 8 days. The first day is Vinayagar Pongal, the second day is Krishnar Pongal, the third day is Koothuvillaku Poojai, the fourth day is Mariyamman Pongal, the fifth day is Kaaliamman Pongal, the sixth day is Mulaipari, Kairu Kothuthal, the seventh day is Pookothuthal, and the eighth day is Pooerankural.
